For electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), in order to be placed on the market in the Republic of Serbia, it is necessary to provide:
1. Declaration of Conformity (EU Declaration of Conformity, translated into Serbian. Translators need not be certified by court interpreters. — Obligations of the importer);
2. Some parts of the technical documents must be translated into Serbian (instructions). Generally speaking, this is the obligation of the importer;
3. Marked with Serbian qualification mark. Marking is performed by the manufacturer or importer, as the designated body no longer involved in conformity assessment, and there is no need to enter a unique number and year. The rules for placing the Serbian qualifying mark are the same as those in the new European Method legislation.
4. As of January 1, 2022, Confirmation of Compliance (Certificate) (according to LVD and EMC) is no longer mandatory.
As electronic and electrical products, electronic atomizer needs to meet the above three requirements.
The Serbian conformity mark is the only sign confirming that the product placed on the market or used in the Republic of Serbia complies with the requirements of the technical regulations of Serbia. The Serbian conformity mark shall be placed in:
1) In the product;
2) on the nameplate attached to the product;
3) Labels or pendants on product packaging or packaging;
4) In the documents attached to the product.
There are three ways in which the Serbian logo can be affixed to the product or the nameplate accompanying the product:
1. By embossing the product, if it can be embossed and permanently preserved, and will not cause damage to the product;
2. Imprint it on the name tag placed on the product (if it is not possible to imprint the product due to possible damage, product size, etc.);
3. If the product cannot be marked by embossing consistency marks, print in non-erasable colors.
In special cases, if the conformity mark cannot be affixed to the product by embossing or printing, or the conformity mark cannot be affixed to the name plate of the product, the Serbian conformity mark shall be affixed to its packaging; If this is not possible, state it on the label or sticker on the product package and in the documentation that comes with the product.
If the Serbian compliance mark cannot be placed in any of the listed locations, the mark should be printed on the document (user manual, warranty card or other document) that accompanies the product.
For imported products, the importer of foreign products may place the Serbian conformity mark in accordance with point 3), taking into account the customer's right to originality
