Standardization of safe production

Standardization of production safety means to ensure that all production processes meet the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms on production safety by establishing a production safety responsibility system, formulating safety management systems and operating procedures, investigating and controlling hidden dangers and monitoring major sources of danger, establishing prevention mechanisms, and standardizing production behaviors. Human (personnel), machine (machinery), material (material), method (construction method), environment (environment), measurement (measurement) in a good state of production, and continuous improvement, continue to strengthen the standardization of enterprise production safety construction. On April 15, 2010, the State Administration of Work Safety issued the Basic Standard for Standardization of Production Safety in Enterprises. The standard number is AQ/ T9006-2010, which has been implemented since June 1, 2010.

There are three levels of production safety standardization certification:

1, Level 1, safety and quality standardized assessment score is not less than 900 points (including 900 points)

2, Level 2, safety and quality standardized assessment score is not less than 750 points (including 750 points)

3, Level 3, safety and quality standardized assessment score is not less than 600 points (including 600 points)

4, standardization of production safety, refers to the establishment of production safety responsibility system, formulate safety management system and operation procedures, check and control hidden dangers and monitor major sources of danger, establish prevention mechanism, standardize production behavior, make each production link in line with the relevant laws, regulations and standards of production safety, in a good state of production, and continuous improvement, We will continue to strengthen the standardization of production safety in enterprises.

Conditions for applying for standard review of production safety standardization

(1) The requirements for applying for the standard evaluation of the third-level enterprises with the standardization of production safety.

1. Has obtained the corresponding safety production administrative license stipulated by relevant laws and administrative regulations;

2. Have carried out safety production standardization work for more than 1 year (including), and conducted self-assessment according to regulations, with the score of self-assessment above 80 points (including), and the score of each A-level element is above 60 points (including);

3. Within one year before the application date, there has been no production safety accident causing death or explosion, fire, leakage or poisoning accident causing direct economic loss of more than 10 million yuan.

(2) The requirements for applying for the assessment of the standards of secondary enterprises with standardization of production safety.

1. Those who have passed the evaluation of the third-level enterprise of safety production standardization and run continuously for more than 2 years (including), or have scored more than 90 points (including) in the evaluation of the third-level enterprise of safety production standardization, and have obtained the approval of the municipal safety supervision department, can apply for the evaluation of the second-level enterprise of safety production standardization;

2. Engaged in the production, storage and use of hazardous chemicals (chemical enterprises that use hazardous chemicals in production and a certain amount of use) or business activities for more than 5 years (including) and no production safety accident involving death or serious injury of more than 10 people occurs within 3 years before the application date; Or explosion, fire, leakage or poisoning accidents with direct economic losses of more than 10 million yuan.

(3) The requirements for applying for the standard evaluation of first-class enterprises with standardization of production safety.

1. Those who have passed the second-level enterprise evaluation of production safety standardization and run continuously for more than 2 years (including), or whose equipment and facilities and safety management have reached the advanced level in China can apply for the first-level enterprise evaluation upon the recommendation of the Group company and the approval of the provincial safety supervision department;

2. Within 5 years before the application date, there has been no production safety accident involving death (including contractor's accident), or serious injury accident involving more than 10 people (including contractor's accident), or explosion, fire, leakage, poisoning accident involving direct economic loss of more than 10 million yuan (including contractor's accident).

Guidelines for Standardization of Safety Production in sulfuric acid Production Enterprises;

Guidelines for the Implementation of Safety Production Standardization in coating enterprises;

Guidelines for Standardization of safety production in dissolving B production enterprises;

Guidelines for Standardization of safety production in calcium carbide production enterprises;

Production safety rules and regulations shall contain at least the following contents: Production safety responsibilities, production safety input, documents and archives management, hidden danger screening and management, safety education and training, special operation personnel management, equipment and facilities safety management, construction project safety facilities "three simultaneous" management, production equipment and facilities acceptance management, production equipment and facilities scrap management, construction and inspection and maintenance safety management, dangerous goods and major hazard sources management, operation safety Full management, related parties and external labor management, occupational health management, protective equipment management, emergency management, accident management, etc.
